For window cleaners

Window cleaning software that keeps the round going

Every clean books the next one, every finished visit raises its invoice, and you can see who still owes you without going through a notebook.

A window round is simple until there are two hundred houses in it. Then the work is remembering who is due, who has paid and who has moved. Services CRM keeps that for you.

The next visit books itself

Set a repeat on the job, such as every four, eight or twelve weeks. When you mark a visit done, the next one is booked with the same crew, time and price. Only the next visit is ever booked, so you are not scrolling past a year of guesses, and changing the frequency simply re-dates the visit already in the diary.

Marking it done sends the invoice

One press finishes the job, raises the invoice and emails it to the customer, so you are not writing them up on Sunday night. Card payment is optional: connect your own Stripe account and each invoice carries a link, plus a QR code on the PDF. Bank transfer works as well, and payments taken on your own card terminal can be recorded against the invoice.

See who owes you

The dashboard lists unpaid invoices by due date, oldest first. If you switch on reminders, they go out on the due date, a week over and a fortnight over, asking for the balance rather than the whole invoice.

Which plan suits a round?

Solo is £5 a month for one person, with up to 300 customers. A bigger round needs Team at £10 a month, which has unlimited customers and five sign-ins. See all the plans.

Check this first

Many window cleaners collect by Direct Debit, and Services CRM does not offer it. Nor does it plan routes on a map, or work without a signal. If those matter most to you, a specialist round app may suit you better.
