Invoicing

Invoicing software that gets you paid from the invoice

Finishing a job raises the invoice and emails it. Your customer can pay by card from the email, or from a QR code on the printed copy.

Work that is finished but not billed is where small businesses lose money. Here, finishing a job and billing for it are the same press of a button.

One press to invoice

Complete & invoice raises the invoice from the quote's lines and emails it, so nothing has to be typed out twice.

Card payments, into your own account

Connect your own Stripe account and every unpaid invoice carries a link to pay: a button in the email, and a QR code and short address on the PDF. The money goes straight to you, and Services CRM takes nothing from it. Stripe charges its own fee for each card payment, and that fee is recorded as an expense so your profit figure stays accurate.

Bank transfer still works

Card payment is off until you add it. Your bank details print on the invoice, and part payments and deposits are counted, so a customer is only asked for what is left.

Reminders you control

Turn on reminders and they go out on the due date, a week over and a fortnight over, firmer each time and still polite. They are off until you switch them on.

VAT and your bookkeeper

If you are VAT registered, invoices show the subtotal, VAT and total. If you are not, nothing extra appears. Invoices and expenses download as spreadsheets for your bookkeeper.

Check this first

Services CRM does not take Direct Debit or sync directly with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or Sage. Spreadsheets are how the figures reach your accountant.
