Quoting software customers can answer from the email

Price the job from your own list, send a branded PDF in one press, and hear back as soon as the customer decides.

A quote only works if it goes out while the customer is still interested, and if answering it is easy. Services CRM is built around both.

How it works

  1. An enquiry arrives from your website form, or you add it yourself.
  2. Build the quote from your price list, by the square metre, metre, hour, item or job.
  3. Press Email quote. It saves, attaches the branded PDF and marks it as sent.
  4. The customer opens the link and accepts or declines, with no sign-in.
  5. You are emailed either way. An accepted quote becomes a job with the details filled in.

It looks like it came from you

The PDF carries your logo, name and contact details, and the email goes out in your business's name. Nothing in it mentions this software, and replies go straight to you.

Paper works too

The accept link is printed on the PDF as well, so a quote that is printed or forwarded can still be answered.

If they say no

Declined quotes keep the customer's reason, if they gave one, and stay findable, so you can see why you lost work and go back to it later.

How many quotes each plan includes

Solo includes 40 quotes a month, Team 200, and Unlimited has no limit. See pricing for the rest of each plan.
