Where Services CRM fits better
If your team is growing, the flat price is the main difference: the Team plan stays at £10 a month for up to five people, where per-user pricing rises with each person. Quote acceptance, recurring work and card payments are on every plan, so you do not need a higher tier for them.
Where Tradify fits better
Choose Tradify if you need a direct sync with Xero, Sage or QuickBooks, timesheets, purchase orders, text messages or compliance certificates. It is built for trades such as plumbing and electrical work, and Services CRM does not try to cover those needs.
