Where Services CRM fits better
Round-based businesses do a lot of small jobs, and with job-based pricing each one counts towards your allowance. Here, repeat visits are not metered at all. The limits that do apply are on customers (Solo only), on sign-ins and on new quotes, so check the plans against your numbers.
Where ServiceM8 fits better
ServiceM8 has a free plan for very low volumes, and paid plans include unlimited users. Consider it if you do few but larger jobs, or if you want a dedicated mobile app.
