Most gardening businesses run on two kinds of work: regulars who come round every week or fortnight, and bigger one-off jobs that need a quote. Services CRM handles both.
Regular visits stay in the diary
Put a repeat on a maintenance job and the next visit is booked when you finish the current one. If a customer moves from fortnightly to monthly, change it once and the next visit is re-dated. Autumn jobs can repeat yearly in the same way.
Quote the one-offs properly
Clearances and planting need a price first. Build the quote from your own rates, by the hour, item or job, and email it in one press. The customer accepts from the email and gets a booking email when you give it a date.
Stop losing track of invoices
When you mark a visit done, the invoice goes out by email straight away. Customers can pay by card if you connect your own Stripe account, or by bank transfer as usual.
A small team
Team at £10 a month gives five sign-ins and a schedule column for each crew. Staff see the work but not your bank details or business settings.
Check this first
Services CRM does not take Direct Debit, send text messages, plan routes on a map or sync with accounting software such as Xero. Invoices and expenses download as spreadsheets for your bookkeeper instead. If any of those is essential to how you work, check that first.
