A cleaning business is mostly the same customers on a regular pattern, plus the changes: a holiday, a new key, a cleaner off sick. It helps to have all of that in one place.
Regular cleans repeat by themselves
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly, set the repeat once. The next clean is booked with the same person, time and price when the current one is done, and a change of frequency moves the visit already booked.
One schedule for the team
The schedule shows the day by the hour, with a column for each crew, plus week and list views. On a phone it becomes a plain list. Team is £10 a month for five sign-ins, and Unlimited is £15 a month however many people you have, because neither plan charges per person.
Notes where you will find them
Every customer has a record with notes and the full history of quotes, jobs and invoices, so access details and preferences are not stuck in one person's head.
Quotes for one-off work
End-of-tenancy and deep cleans can be priced from your list and emailed in one press, and the customer accepts from the email.
Paid without the awkward conversation
Finishing a job sends its invoice. Customers can pay by card if you connect Stripe, or by bank transfer, and optional reminders follow up late payments politely.
Check this first
Services CRM does not take Direct Debit, send text messages, plan routes on a map or sync with accounting software such as Xero. Invoices and expenses download as spreadsheets for your bookkeeper instead. If any of those is essential to how you work, check that first.
